1. General Provisions

1.1 The developer of LucyX App (hereinafter referred to as "APP", "we", "us", "our", etc.) attaches great importance to your privacy and personal information protection. The official email address of the LucyX App is lucyxnet@gmail.com.

1.2 The purpose of this Privacy Agreement is to clarify our specific practices for collecting, using, storing, and protecting your personal information during your use of the APP.

• Device information when you use the APP, such as device model, operating system version, IP address, etc.
• Your operation information on the APP, such as clicking, browsing, searching, etc.

2.3 Collection of Social Information

• When you log in to the APP through your social media account, we may obtain some of your public information on the social platform, such as your profile picture and nickname.
• When you share content to social media platforms through the APP, we may collect your social account information.

2.4 Installation information of other apps on your phone - Software installation list

• Used to check whether you have installed the relevant payment app before payment.
• Help you complete the operation of patrons.

3. Use of Personal Information

• We will use the registration information you provide to create and maintain your user account.
• We will provide you with a chat function.

3.2 Service Improvement

If we discover that a minor is using the App, we will block their access and cancel their account after fact-checking, or ban them from using it. If you have reason to believe that a minor under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information through the Services, please contact us and we will endeavor to remove that information from our databases.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.2 We will do our best to remedy the leakage of personal information caused by the foregoing reasons, as well as any loss or injury caused thereby, but will not assume any legal responsibility for this.

10.3 You should keep your account and password safe, and we will not be responsible for the disclosure of your personal information.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 This Privacy Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the protection of personal information, and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements.

11.2 The conclusion, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by People's Republic of China laws.

11.3 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

11.4 This Agreement shall come into force on the date you start using the APP. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please stop using the App immediately.

12. Account Cancellation Method

If you need to cancel your account, you can follow the steps below:

12.1 Navigate to the profile section, where a clearly labeled "Delete My Account" option is available.

12.2 Click on the "Delete My Account" button. A confirmation dialog will appear to ensure that you fully understand the consequences of this action.

12.3 Upon confirming the deletion request, we will initiate the account deactivation process. Your data will be temporarily frozen and retained for 15 days.

12.4 After the 15-day retention period, all data associated with your account, including paid content and transaction history, will be permanently deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible.
